Content terms of use

The Nous, parents content (website, tools, resources, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec. This content was developed by Capsana, as the project’s mandated organization, with financial support from the Government of Québec, in collaboration with a committee of experts, professionals and organizations.

In an effort to reach a broader audience and support the visibility of Nous, parents, Capsana, as the project’s mandated organization, authorizes the use of Nous, parents content under certain conditions. The following are the conditions and requirements:

Permissions

  • The Nous, parents content (including graphic and video elements) cannot be reproduced on another site (including an Intranet for a community), even if only excerpts are used and the source is cited (copying content is bad practice and detected as plagiarism by search engines).
  • Pages from the Nous, parents website may be shared through clickable links on a website and Nous, parents Facebook posts leading to the content may also be shared.
  • Nous, parents content may be rewritten after obtaining prior written permission from Capsana and subject to approval of the adaptation before posting on a website.
  • In some cases, Nous, parents’s content may be integrated into a website provided that it is clearly presented (outside a PDF) with a clickable link to the Nous, parents website and with the logo if possible. Sources and creators must be clearly identified (wording to be determined with Capsana).

Prohibitions

  • It is prohibited to use the Nous, parents brand, logo and content, in whole or in part, for commercial, lucrative or advertising purposes.

Any use that does not comply with Nous, parents’s content terms of use is strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution.
